Too expensive relative to the value. Hassle to deal with the abrasive management.

one of the most overrated properties we've ever stayed at.A poor guest experience. managers are difficult. THe assistant female manager is highly abrasive and a pain to deal with- bossy with a "no can do" attitude more appropriate for the DMV or some bureaucratical govt office. They're more interested in ridiculous procedure over substance. Her and the manager act as if they're dispensing charity - not customer service to paying guests. They refuse to work with their customers. They don't understand the 4 C's of business- Customer service, Customer retention, customer feedback, customer sentiment. They prefer to run their business off- disdainful of repeat business. They don't realize that unhappy customers tell many more people than happy customers do. It is more like an inner city rent controlled housing complex than it is a hotel. This is becoming the calling card for ESA- they're quickly becoming worse than many of the motel 6's you find in inner cities. The ESA corporate is antagonistic when it comes to any negative feedback relative to their hotels. They never call you back or consider the constructive feedback.

Rat hole of a place. Health Dept. ought to descend upon this nasty place. My car was broke into in the parking lot. Elevator did not work for two weeks. The air conditioner in my worked off and on with a loud noise. Half of the time room key did not work. The roof leaked. Zero housekeeping. The staff Tina and Jon are pathological liars.

I don't think I will ever use this hotel chain again in life. This brand and particular location is absolutely horrible. You may appear to save a few bucks based on other hotels nearby when searching, but trust me, you will want to pay the extra money in the end. Let's start with the outside.... I stayed there for 30 days to prepare for a great assignment. The surrounding area seems nice and the location is pretty good, but once you are in the parking lot of this hotel, all hell will break loose from the parking lot to the room and back to the parking lot again. Please read this in it's entirety. My vehicle's catalytic convertor was stolen while parked in their parking lot just a few feet away from the front door. Now certain things make more sense. I did not really understand why the managers or front desk employees on duty park directly in front of the door where you load and unload in most other hotels. It now appears they are obviously aware their parking lot is not safe as it should be, which is probably why they park directly in front of the entrance doors. Now from the parking lot to the front desk. The front desk staff will appear to be nice enough, but it takes an act of congress to get common things done, such as cleaning the room which I will get to shortly. To give you a perspective of how horrible their service is from their corporate office and management team, I checked out of this hotel on July 1, 2022, and have yet to receive a call back or follow up, from the multiple messages I left during my stay and afterwards, specially for the general manager Troy Morgan to call me back. Next the elevator stopped working a few days after I checked in and was out of service about 10 days. I finally asked the front desk employee how much longer it was expected to be out and she responded in a condescending manner that she did not know but the stairs were available. Now I understand they may not be able to control what happens in the parking lot, and I can even overlook the response to the elevator, because these things are not necessarily in their control. However, they failed to attend to the things that were absolutely in their control. Let's start with cleaning the room, which is a normal process for any hotel that I've ever stayed in. This seemed to be a huge challenge for this group. I could not and did not get anyone to clean my room, which was from June 1- July 1. I would not be surprised if they tried to defend this by saying they offered to clean the room, but please know that they have a way of playing on words in order to avoid being held accountable or being labeled as dishonest. The excuses ranged from they don't clean your room until after 2 weeks of your stay, the housekeeping staff did not show up, they were going to leave a message for the next person, and the most annoying one of all is when they showed up at the specific time I asked them to not disturb me because I was on an international call which they had already been advised ahead of time that I would not be available for housekeeping at the appointed time of the call. The rooms' appearance left more to be desired. The money that I was supposed to save by staying at this less than subpar hotel than I normally would stay at, ended up being spent on my insurance deductible for the theft that occurred on their parking lot and for cleaning supplies to clean the room myself. After all was said and done, I wish I had just forked out the additional money for a better quality hotel. To recount, this is draining me all over again, but I hope this helps someone to avoid all that I have experienced. Lastly, I made a complaint with their corporate office, who did not follow up on my initial complaint but said they would on my reminder complaint. I have yet to hear from them at this time but intend to follow up again. The hotel did give credit for 1 night stay out of my 30 days, which I would have much rather paid them just to have things done decently and in order. I am exhausted but you are now well informed so my job is now finished.

I wrote a good review not too long ago after Kesha stated that she could use a good review. After that review I noticed a slight change in care and professionalism...I was able to get some quarters though for washing when I finally did give a good review. My family and I have been here since March of 2020. We have dealt with so much noise despite complaints. It has been suggested that WE move despite the fact that the noise is coming from the other room...with no help moving...& my mom in a wheel chair...and an autistic cousin that has a time adjusting to changes such as new locations/ new rooms. We have dealt with bugs and non-working dryers, no quarters for washers/dryers from the front desk, unprofessionalism, being followed and watched by a black male guest that I have complained on... I guess as a threat... We have dealt with being lied to and our room rates continue to go up...They just went up more than $16 per night just this past week alone...and are expected to go up again twice before summer hits. This is all while covid and unemployment is on a rise...making it tougher for guests, especially after the hard blow that my family has experienced. We take a huge risk using any door besides the front door, if your key does not work, it can be very frustrating if no parking spaces in the front...I wish there was a way to paige the front desk from the side and back doors because if your arms are full...you are out of help. We currently have a noisy family living above us that we have complained numerous times about to Kesha. She at one point said she would do something. Several times she has gone up to "talk to them". They have been there since July/August, they are still there keeping my sister, mom and autistic cousin awake from the time we lay down at night until about 7a-10a each morning because they are retaliating that we have mentioned their noisiness to Management. I have sent Kesha written complaints regarding the noisy family living above us. I hav e also given verbal complaints to Kesha regarding the noise since August...repeatedly. Each time the noises get worse. No one has followed up with us to make sure the noise has died down any. No one has tried to come and figure out what kind of noise we are experiencing. I have been accused of not getting the room correct where the noise is coming from. I was accused of making too many complaints. Kesha even stated that I had never mentioned anything to her about the noise in the past (?!)... I was even accused of not knowing the difference between a 4 year old's feet noise and a grown adult man or woman's. Just this week, we complained again... verbally... to Amaka and were told in so many words that they are not making that much noise. Yet I have heard next door neigbors on our floor and upstairs going back and forth with the family living over our head. If there were other verbal complaints...I do not expect the truth to be told about it so the family can just stay up there and do whatever the heck they want to do to us...while my mom recovers from her wheel chair and my autistic cousin can't sleep at night along with the rest of us. Kesha told me she did not want to move them because "their place is set up so cute". She also told me that they were not intentionally making noises because she knew them from another property. Sometimes I lay in bed while a pair of feet stand over our cousin's head and stomp until they hear her no longer snoring.... I wonder if Kesha is having these same problems as she sleeps at night because she does not seem to care about myself, my autistic cousin, my mom, nor sister...The ones who would do anything for her when she first got here. I have been stalked and watched by a black man who comes from upstairs by elevator or by the side stairway, depending on where I am...probably the one who lives above me. My mom just came home after being in the hospital on life support for 2 months slowly trying to recover learning everything new again and she tosses and turns all night to the dropping of heavy stuff over her head almost every 30 minutes in retaliation. We spend at least $100 each week on laundry, but often need quarters to help. The front desk almost never has quarters for me, though there's a big sign in the laundry room that says get quarters from the front desk if needed. Of course the machines are credit card friendly, only credit card numbers can be most easily removed by a wise crook from a public credit card device that is left unattended. Working dryers are hard to find. We are down to 1 now of 4. Amaka lied to cover for a worker there named Kevin who has been asked to stay out of our room and away from our door. Kevin sort of does things when and how he wants to...lies to cover it up when he is wrong...and the rest (Amaka & Kesha) seem to cover for him. The second reason I feel unsafe here. I am learning that the front is filled with several dishonest workers. We have seen and had spiders, flying ants, flying roaches, wood bugs...But at least they have had exterminators come out for that. Our peace and safety are most important during our stay here...And neither of these seem to exist right now... Every complaint that we have made in the past was with good reason...so much that other guests would call and complain on the same guests we were complaining about...or staff would witness the noise themselves and take care of it...We have had a woman with several children diving off of their beds onto the floor over our heads throughout the night...A fighting couple with a very energetic 5 year old who flipped, stomped at all hours of the night with no bedtime...a man with a huge and loud dog with warrants for his arrest, cameras in his window recording the parking lot and storming across the floor all night to let us know he didn't like the fact that we flushed the toilet or ran water at night because the pipes made too much noise. All this discomfort...no remorse or concern...and rent still going up during tough times...How will America make it if it does not show more concern for people as people and not just as money makers that they can treat any old type of way?
